- SENDER NAME FOR APPOINTMENT REMINDERS

  • Enter the sender name as you want it to appear...e.g. the practice name. Please note, commas and other special characters cannot be entered in this field.

DEFAULTEMAILAPPTREMINDER 

- DEFAULT OPTION FOR APPOINTMENT EMAIL REMINDER

  • Determines the new Patient default selection for Appointment Reminders sent via Email:
  • Opted In and (---): Default new Patients to Opted In for Emailed Appt Reminders
  • Opted Out: Default new Patients to Opted Out for Emailed Appt Reminders
