Appointment Reminders System Settings

APPOINTMENTREMINDERSENDERNAME 

- SENDER NAME FOR APPOINTMENT REMINDERS

  • Enter the sender name as you want it to appear.
  • Example: Enter the practice name. 
  • Commas and other special characters cannot be entered in this field.
  • Note: This will only affect the name and will not change the email address that Reminders send from. 

DEFAULTEMAILAPPTREMINDER 

- DEFAULT OPTION FOR APPOINTMENT EMAIL REMINDER

  • Determines the new Patient default selection for Appointment Reminders sent via Email:
  • Opted In and (---): Default new Patients to "Opted In" for Emailed Appointment Reminders
  • Opted Out: Default new Patients to "Opted Out" for Emailed Appointment Reminders

  • Determines the new Patient default selection for Appointment Reminders sent via Voice:
  • Opted In and (---): Default new Patients to "Opted In" for Text Appointment Reminders.
  • Opted Out: Default new Patients to "Opted Out" for Text Appointment Reminders.
