Workflow for Appointment and Recall Reminders


  1. Contact your Account Manager for information on getting started.
  2. Set up System Settings.
  3. Create some Basic Message Templates. Create at least one message for each delivery method that you are using.
  1. Add the Appointment Reminder and Recall Sets
  • The Reminder Sets tell the System:
  • When: The Day, Week, Year and Time to send the Message.
  • How: Delivery Method by Text Message (SMS), Email Address, or Voice Message
  • Where: The recipient's phone number or email address is required to send the message.
