Use Reporting Groups

Add Reporting Groups allows the grouping of codes or entities that will commonly be reported together and can be used in multiple Reports. Reporting Groups can be created for the individual Library records, such as, Procedure Codes, Service Facilities, and Providers.
  • Not using a Reporting Group: Enter the individual CPT® Codes or enter a range of CPT Codes (For a range enter the first CPT Code in the range and choose the CPT, enter a dash, and enter the last CPT in the range and choose the CPT. (99212-99215)).
    or
  • Using a Reporting Group: On any report, a combination of Reporting Groups can be used along with other criteria.
    • Insurance Reporting Group: Medicare and Medicaid
    • Procedure Code (CPT) Group: E&M

You can type the CPTs or Reporting Group in the field, and press Enter or you can use the Lookup icon to choose the CPTs or Reporting Group.
