Use Plan and Product

The Plan and Product fields are on the Add/Modify Policy window and are accessible from the Active Policies panel on the Patient Dashboard and in Insurance Management.

Plan: A dropdown list containing the ANSI Plans. Select the appropriate Plan for this Patient's policy. If you are using the eligibility verification service, the eligibility results will auto-update the patient’s plan information if the data is included in the results.

Product: A dropdown list with options managed in the Insurance Library, or by selecting Manage in the dropdown list (if your permissions allow). Select the appropriate Product for this Patient's policy. If you are using our eligibility verification service, the eligibility results will auto-update the patient’s Product information if the data is included in the results.
