Use Authorization without an Authorization Number

On the Case screen, leave the Authorization Number blank.

Create a Note to alert the user during Encounter Entry that no Authorization is needed.

After adding the Note to the blank Authorization, click Save.

When the Validation Warning displays, click Save & Continue.
The note shows on the Add/Modify Charge screen when the blank authorization is chosen.
