Located on the Title bar at the top of the screen, you have access to Help Topics. These will appear as a Show Me How link which gives you access to Knowledge Base Documentation, Videos, and PDFs.
Show me How is on all primary Dashboards except the Reports Dashboard which has a Question Mark.
Located on the bottom left, you have access to Help Topics plus the ability to search by a Key Word or Question.
Located on the Left Side Menu, you have access to the Knowledge Base Articles.

Search for a Topic using Show Me How on the Bottom Left
To make it more convenient to retrieve Articles from the Knowledge Base, use Show Me How on the bottom left.
Select ? Show Me How.
Enter a question or a key word in the Search field to find Articles, Videos, and PDFs.
