Example Report Output

The Visit number represents the number of unique times a Patient/Encounter/DOS/Provider/Facility combination exists.

• On an Encounter there are 3 line items (CPTs) with DOS 11/10/21. This will be reported as 1 Visit.

• There are 2 Encounters for the same Patient with the same scenario as above. These will be reported as 2 Encounters.

• A/C/V: Average Charge per Visit

• A/P/V: Average Charge per Unit

• RVU: Relative Value Units
