Scheduling Build Troubleshooting

Scheduling Build Troubleshooting

Build is not showing on the Calendar on the appropriate day

Example 1: A Build was created for Friday every 2 weeks with an effective date of Sunday, October 8.

  • The Build is not showing on the Calendar on Friday, October 13.
  • The first Friday it shows on the Calendar is October 20.

Problem: Why is the Build not showing on October 13 when I have an Effective Date before the 13th?

Resolution: Change the Effective Date to the actual day the Build should begin.

  • In this Example, the Effective Date should be changed to Friday, October 13.
  • Sunday should not be used for an Effective Date.
