Scheduling Build Troubleshooting
Build is not showing on the Calendar on the appropriate day
Example 1: A Build was created for Friday every 2 weeks with an effective date of Sunday, October 8.
- The Build is not showing on the Calendar on Friday, October 13.
- The first Friday it shows on the Calendar is October 20.
Problem: Why is the Build not showing on October 13 when I have an Effective Date before the 13th?
Resolution: Change the Effective Date to the actual day the Build should begin.
- In this Example, the Effective Date should be changed to Friday, October 13.
- Sunday should not be used for an Effective Date.
Example 2: A Build was created to overwrite Monday and Tuesday for the third week in October.
Problem: Why is the temporary Build not showing the overwrite?
Resolution: A higher Priority was not selected. The Priority on the original build is 3. If the overwrite Build is set to 2, it will display on the Calendar.
