The Admitted Type, Admitted Source, and Discharge Status are required on Institutional Claims.
- On the Encounter Dashboard, select the UB04 link in the Charge panel.
- Enter or review the Admitted Type.
- Enter or review the Admitted Source.
- Enter or review the Discharge Status.
- Ensure the status is updated to Ready for Resubmission after the Charge is saved.
