The Admitted Type, Admitted Source, and Discharge Status are required on Institutional Claims.

  • On the Encounter Dashboard, select the UB04 link in the Charge panel.
  • Enter or review the Admitted Type.
  • Enter or review the Admitted Source.
  • Enter or review the Discharge Status.

  • Ensure the status is updated to Ready for Resubmission after the Charge is saved.
