Practice Enrollments Panel

Practice Enrollments Panel

This Panel is specifically designed for clients that have access to more than one Database, such as Billing Companies.
  • This panel allows the User to check across all their Databases to check for Enrollments that need their attention.
  • The Practice Enrollments Panel can be seen on all Databases, except the Master Database.
  • Access to the Practice Enrollments panel is controlled by User Permissions.

All Databases that have active Enrollments can be seen in this Panel.

  1. Select the Refresh button to populate the panel.
  • A Summary line will display.
  1. To display all Databases with active Enrollments, select the Plus icon.
  2. Each Practice with active Enrollments will be listed with the status of the Enrollments by status category and the number of Unread Messages.
  • These are not interactive.
  1. To make changes, go to the specific Database by selecting the Database number.
  • This opens a new tab and can be closed without closing your original screen.
