POPS Login/Register

Patients can access the POPS Portal by logging in or registering for a new account.

  • Login: Patients verify their identity using their name and a contact point (email or phone number). A verification code is sent to confirm access.
  • Register: If login verification fails or the patient is new, they can complete registration. Registration requires verifying a second contact point, entering demographic information, and optionally uploading a driver’s license.

Once verification is successful, the patient is granted access to the POPS Portal to manage their information and communications securely.

Login

Login takes into account Date of Birth, Last Name, and (Email or Phone).
  • These fields must match the person you are logging into.

    • If you are logging into a Patient, enter the Patient's DOB, last name, and one of their verified contact points.

    • If you are logging into a Guarantor, enter the Guarantor's DOB, last name, and one of their verified contact points.

Login Workflow

  1. Select Login/Register.

  1. Enter your First and Last name.
  2. Enter your Date of Birth.
  3. Enter an Email Address or Phone Number.
  4. Select Continue or Verify to receive a verification code to the entered contact point.

  1. Enter the verification code.
  • If the verification is successful, the Patient will enter the POPS Portal.
  • If the verification is not successful, the Patient will either need to Register or Contact the Practice. The information that was entered will be transferred to the Registration screen.

Register (Beta)

InfoRegistration can be enabled in POPS Management. New Patient Registration is a Beta Feature. Contact your Account Manager for more information.

  1. The First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth cannot be changed from what was entered on the login screen.
  2. Enter the Contact Point that was not entered during Login.
  3. Select Verify to confirm the new Contact Point.

  1. Enter the Verification Code that was sent to the Contact Point (phone or email).

  1. Upload a Driver's License (optional).
  • Mobile: Upload a picture or take a picture of the Driver's License.
  • Desktop: Upload a picture of the Driver's License.

  1. Enter your address.
  2. Enter any other optional information.
  3. Select Continue.
