Resolution for Resubmission

  • The encounter needs a description entered into the line item note area.

  • Go to Encounter

  • Choose: Modify charge button

  • Choose the Line item of CPT requiring the description

  • In the Note field, enter a detailed description of the procedure

  • Save and Resubmit.
