  1. The Patient has other Insurance that may be Primary.
    1. This often occurs when a Patient has a Medicare Advantage Plan, and the Patient presented the red, white, and blue card instead.
    2. Resolution: Verify with Patient that the Insurance Information is correct and/or verify with Payer.
