Patient Outreach Templates provide suggested messaging for Appointment Reminders, Recall Notifications, and Balance Notifications. 
  • These templates can be used for Email, Text, and Voice outreach and include Mappable Fields that automatically populate Patient and Appointment information.

Use the Text and Email POPS Balance Notification templates to provide a Guarantor with their Statement Balance and a QuickPay Link.

Standard Appointment Reminder Templates

Use the Standard Appointment Reminder Templates to remind a Patient of their upcoming Appointment.

Text Reminder

From $(facility.name): $(patient.first_name) has an appointment on $(appointment.date) at $(appointment.start_time). Call $(facility.phone) to reschedule.

Voice Template

Hello, This is a friendly reminder that your appointment with $(resource.name) is on $(appointment.date) at $(appointment.start_time).

Appointment Reminder Two Way Response Templates

Use the Two Way Appointment Reminder Templates to remind a Patient of their upcoming Appointment and allow them to cancel, confirm, or reschedule.

Text Template: Confirm Only

From $(facility.name): $(patient.first_name) has an appointment on $(appointment.date) at $(appointment.start_time). Call $(facility.phone) to cancel or reschedule. Reply Y to confirm.
