Patient Not Responsible on the Patient/Encounter Level

Patient Not Responsible on the Patient/Encounter Level

  1. On the Patient or Encounter Dashboard, select Insurance Management.

  1. On the Insurance Profile to change, select Default or Active.

  1. In the Patient column, select Not Responsible from the dropdown.

  2. Select Save[F2].
