National Change of Address (NCOA)

National Change of Address (NCOA)

This database is maintained and operated by the US post office.

  • Someone in the household has submitted a change of address to the Post Office.
  • Etactics runs all Statement addresses through this database. Any NCOA corrections are automatically made.
  • If you think that the address should not be changed, reach out to the Statement Department and ask that an account be excluded from this correction. Be aware that the Post Office could add a yellow address correction sticker, and the Statement could be incorrectly mailed. Check with the Patient to make sure that the address correction is current with the USPS.
