Minerva (AI Chatbot)

Minerva (AI Chatbot)

Minerva Overview

Minerva is an AI-powered chat bot that helps you quickly get answers from the Knowledge Base.

  • Instead of manually searching through articles, you can enter a question and receive a summarized response generated from existing documentation.
  • Each response includes links to the Knowledge Base articles used as sources so you can review the full details.

Minerva is designed to help you locate information faster and reduce time spent searching.

  • Minerva can:
  • Analyze Knowledge Base content in seconds
  • Provide summarized answers based on existing documentation
  • Link to the articles used to generate each response
  • Minerva cannot:
  • Access live system data
  • Review account-specific details
  • Provide reporting metrics (such as denial rates)
  • Replace official documentation or support guidance

Minerva Best Practices

Minerva works best when your questions are clear, detailed, and relevant to the System. Use the tips below to improve the accuracy and relevance of Minerva's answers.

  1. Ask Clear and Specific Questions
  • Be clear about what you are trying to accomplish.
  • All questions should be related to the System and have a clear focus.
  1. Separate Unrelated Questions
  • If you have multiple questions, submit them separately.
  • This helps Minerva return more accurate, article-specific guidance instead of a broad summary.
  1. Use System Terminology
  • Minerva can search the Knowledge Base quicker and provide more accurate results when you use the same terminology that appears in the System and the documentation.
  1. Review the Linked Articles
  • Each response includes source articles. Always review the linked documentation for:
  • Step-by-step instructions
  • Screenshots
  • Notes and limitations
  • AI-generated summaries may not include every relevant detail from the article.
  1. Use Minerva as a Starting Point
  • Minerva is a tool to help you locate information quickly, but does not replace formal guidance and cannot provide billing advice.
  1. Protect Sensitive Information
  • Do not include Protected Health Information (PHI) in your questions.
