Manage My Caseload


  1. Select Manage Students on the Left Side Menu.

  1. District: Select All Available from the dropdown to see the students in all the districts you have access to.
  • To see only one District, select it from the dropdown.
  1. Select the Caseload checkbox to see the students that are currently on your Caseload.
  2. Select the Modify Caseload button to add or remove students.

  1. Select or deselect checkboxes to add or remove students.
  2. Select the Save button.
  • All the checked students will be listed at the top of the list, which are in your Caseload.
  1. Select the Student ID: Each Student documentation requires a ICD10 (Diagnosis code), which can be added from this screen. This will prevent entering it multiple times later.

  1. Select the Modify link.

  1. Enter a Diagnosis Code(s).
  2. Select Save [F2].
