Manage My Caseload
- Select Manage Students on the Left Side Menu.
- District: Select All Available from the dropdown to see the students in all the districts you have access to.
- To see only one District, select it from the dropdown.
- Select the Caseload checkbox to see the students that are currently on your Caseload.
- Select the Modify Caseload button to add or remove students.
- Select or deselect checkboxes to add or remove students.
- Select the Save button.
- All the checked students will be listed at the top of the list, which are in your Caseload.
- Select the Student ID: Each Student documentation requires a ICD10 (Diagnosis code), which can be added from this screen. This will prevent entering it multiple times later.
- Select the Modify link.
- Enter a Diagnosis Code(s).
- Select Save [F2].
