ICD (Diagnosis) Codes are pre-loaded in the System before Go-Live.
Add/Modify ICD (Diagnosis) Codes
Example of changing an ICD Code.
Keep in mind that changing an ICD Code could cause your Claim to be denied.
Diagnosis: xxx is not valid for the Patient's age (xx). Patient must be xx years old.
From Libraries on the Left Side Menu, choose the ICD Codes button.
Age Specific: Select Not Age Specific from the dropdown.
Select Save [F2].
