Find a Credit Card Receipt That Was Requested but Not Processed in a Reference Batch

Go to the Batch Details for the Reference that was requested, not the processed amount.

  1. From the Not Processed filter, choose Only from the dropdown list. This filter allows you to identify receipts that have not been processed by the credit card company.
  2. Select Search.

The results display only for the Receipts that have been requested but are not processed by the credit card company.
