  • For CARC, PR96, and Procedure Code, 92015.

  1. Select the Number in the Rules Column.
  • In this case, Medicare is being used.

  1. Select the Add button on the ERA Posting Rules screen.

  1. Claim Types: Select Primary and Primary Forwarded.
  2. CARC: Enter PR96
  3. Procedures: 92015
  4. Action: Post as Remitted
  5. Balance Management: Transfer Balance to Next Party
  6. Select Save [F2].
