ERA is a Duplicate

At times Payers send the Clearinghouse duplicate files. These are forwarded into the System for your review. The figure below shows a message for you to confirm if this is actually a duplicate. 

  1. CLICK HERE opens the ERA list filtered by this check.


Post One of the ERAs

Duplicate ERA: Remove from the Loaded Screen

Change the ERA File Status without Applying the Remit. This will remove it from the Loaded ERA screen.

  1. On the duplicate ERA, select the ERA number.
  2. On the ERA File Dashboard, select Edit

  3. Use the File Status dropdown to change the Status to Duplicate.

  4. Enter a Note.

  5. Se Save [F2].
