Enrollments: Waiting on Practice Panel

Waiting on Practice Panel

The Enrollment Waiting on Practice Panel shows the Enrollments that are waiting on Action from the Practice.

  • Ticket Number: Each Enrollment is assigned a Ticket Number.
  • Ticket Title: Payer, Tax ID and Payer ID.
  • Payer Name
  • In Library: Shows if the Payer is in the Insurance Library.
    • Green check mark designates that the Payer is in the Insurance Library.
    • Select the Pop-up icon to open the Insurance Library in new tab where the Payer can be modified if necessary.
    • Select the Add link to add the Payer to the Insurance Library.
  • LOB: Line of Business
    • ERA
    • Professional
    • Eligibility
  • Status: All entries in this Panel will be in the Status of Waiting on Customer.
  • Days: The amount of time that the Enrollment has been in the Waiting on Practice status.
  • Downloaded: Date and Time the Enrollment was downloaded with User ID.
  • Upload: Select the Action in the last column.
  • Practice: Practice Name
  • Tax ID: Practice/Provider Tax ID
  • NPI: Practice NPI
    •  The PracticeTax ID, and NPI display the ones used on the Template.
  • Messages: Select the Plus icon to add a message. Once a message has been added, a View link is displayed for viewing it.
    • If a user Views the message, it is marked as Read for all users.
      • Remove the green check-mark in the Read column to override this setting.
  • Action: There are 3 Actions the Practice can take.
  • Upload/Download Enrollment Documents
  • Mark as Mailed
  • Cancel Enrollment

Download Enrollments

Enrollments can be downloaded for you to complete, and can be re-uploaded to EDI. Some Enrollments need an original signature and must be mailed to EDI. 
  • Download all Packets: Select this link if you want to download ALL packets in one step.
    • You must select at least one filter to download. In the screenshot, the Practice Name was used.
  • Download individual Packets
  1. In the Action column, select Upload/Download from the dropdown.

  1. In the pop-up, select the Download Packet button.

  1. Select where you want it downloaded and Save.
  2. Go to the file where you downloaded it and open it.
  3. Follow the directions in the Enrollment document.
    1. The document can be printed for mailing if an original signature is needed.
    2. The document can be emailed or uploaded to EDI.

Upload Enrollments

  1. In the Action column, select Upload/Download from the dropdown.

  1. Packet - Choose File: Select the File.
  2. Select the Upload [F2] button.
