Waiting on Payer Panel

The Items in this Panel are Enrollments that are waiting for action from the Payer. 


Status

  • Waiting on Payer
  • Waiting on First ERA
  • Rejected by Payer



Days: Number of Days that it has been in the Waiting on Payer status.

Messages

  • Add a Message using the Plus icon.
    • When a message is added by the User, an email notification is sent to EDI.
  • Use the View link to display all messages. (Hover over or select the link)
    • These messages include information regarding Enrollment rejections.




Due Date

  • A due date is added by EDI for a reasonable time span for the Enrollment to be completed by the Payer.
  • TBD: To be determined
  • For items, such as ERA Enrollments that have been processed, but the first ERA has not been received from the Payer. The date is dependent upon when claims are first sent to that specific Payer.



Action

  • If an Enrollment is rejected, you have the option to cancel it by selecting the Cancel Enrollment link.
