Enrollments: Waiting on Clearinghouse

The Waiting on Clearinghouse panel displays information on the Status of the Enrollment, number of days in this status, and the expected Due Date. 

  • After you Upload, Fax, Email, or Mail the Enrollment and the Status on the Waiting on Practice panel has been changed, the Enrollment moves to the Waiting on Clearinghouse panel.

The Waiting on Clearinghouse Panel also provides a direct line of communication to EDI in the Messages panel.

The Items in this Panel are Enrollments that are waiting for action by the Clearinghouse.



Status

  • Enrollment Form Under Review
  • Send Enroll To Payer

Days

  • Number of Days that it has been in the Waiting on Clearinghouse panel.

Messages (Contact EDI)

Messages/Questions can be sent to EDI here, and EDI's responses can be viewed.

  • Add a Message using the Plus icon
  • Use the View link to display all messages. (Hover over or select the link)
  • These messages include information regarding Enrollment rejections.
  • Typically, EDI responds within one business day.



Due Date

  • A due date is added by EDI for a reasonable time span for the Enrollment to be completed by the Clearinghouse.
