The Closed Panel displays Enrollments that have been Completed or Closed.
- Complete: Appears when the Enrollment is accepted.
- Example: Claim Enrollment is approved with the Payer; ERA has been received.
- No Response: No reply from the Practice after three follow-up attempts over eight weeks when asked for additional information.
- Duplicate requests are identified and closed by Etactics. (Duplicates closed by Etactics are rare.)
- Canceled: Requested by the User.
- Common for ERAs already in "Confirm 835" status or if a claim was rejected due to an incorrect jurisdiction.
- You can View the Messages, but you cannot add Messages in this Panel.
- Date that the Enrollment was Completed or Closed.
