Modify the Policy Holder Information
Edit the Policy Holder on an Existing Policy
1. Select the Insurance Policy in the Active Policies panel on the Patient Dashboard.
Update the Relationship if it is not Self or if the Insured has changed. For example, (01) - Spouse.

The Policy Holder's address information populates if found in the Database. If not, the Patient's Address can be used for the Policy Hold. (Use Patient Address) or a different Address can be entered.
Click Save/Check Eligibility or Save (F2).

If the Policy Holder has already been saved as someone other than Self, choose one of the selections in the Insured Relationship panel.
