Edit an Appointment

  1. Click the Patient's Appointment slot.

 

  1. Click Edit Appointment.

  2. Make the changes in the pop-up window.

  3. Click Save [F2].

 



 

Fields that cannot be Edited

  • Date

  • Time

  • Resource

  • Person

Mark an Individual Patient as a No Show

  1. On the Patient's Appointment screen, select No Show from the Status dropdown.
    1. Ideally, this should be done at the end of the day.
  2. Exit the screen.

 

Mark multiple No Show Appointments

  1. Use the Late Tab to mark multiple appointments as no shows.
