Edit an Existing Case and an Existing Authorization

 Edit an Existing Case   

 From the Patient Dashboard   

  1. Select the Cases link.

  2. Select the Case ID.

  3. Select the Edit link.

 

 

 From the Modify Charge Screen 

  1.   Select the Modify button on the Encounter Dashboard.

  2. Select the Case from the dropdown if it is not already displayed.

  3. Select the Edit link.

 

 

 From the Add/Modify Appointment Screen   

  1. Select the Appointment Slot to navigate to the Appointment screen.

  2. Select the Case from the dropdown if it is not already displayed.

  3. Select the Edit link.


 

 Edit an Existing Authorization   

Once the Case is saved on the Modify Charge screen, the Authorization cannot be edited from the Case.

 

 Edit an Authorization on the Modify Charge Screen   

  1. On the Modify Charge Screen, select the Edit link to the right of the Authorization.

 

 

 

  1. Make the changes.

  2. Click Save [F2].

 

 Edit an Authorization from the Patient/Encounter Dashboard   

  1. On the Patient or Encounter Dashboard, select the Case link.

 

 

  1. In the Authorization panel, select the Authorization number.

 

 

  1. Make the changes.

  2. Click Save [F2].
