Diagnosis Utilization Report

The Diagnosis Utilization Report shows the number of Charges associated with each Diagnosis over a set date range.

  • Use this Report to determine the most commonly used Diagnosis for specific Providers and Facilities.
  • The Diagnosis Utilization Report is a Transaction Report.
  • Reports > Transactions panel > Diagnosis Utilization


Criteria

  • Date Span: Choose a Date Span to populate the DOS From/DOS To fields.
  • DOS From/To: Use the Date of Service to run for specific dates or span dates.
  • Rendering: Include or exclude Rendering Providers.
  • Facility: Include or exclude Facilities.
  • ICD: Select ICD10 to report with the most recent diagnosis codes.
  • The ICD9 equivalent also populates the report.
