Delete a Scanned Document

Delete a Scanned Document:

  1. From the Patient Dashboard, select Patient Documents
  2. Select the line containing the document to highlight it.
  3. Select the Delete button.

  4. Add a Reason for deleting. 
  5. Select the Delete button.
  6. Select the Delete button on the next screen.
