Etactics is happy to announce a wrapping up of connections related to the Change Healthcare incident!
Where possible, payer services have been restored or routed to new vendors. Etactics has retired payer services (claims/claims status/real time eligibility) that have no connection through Change Healthcare or any other vendor. If an attempt is made to send a transaction to a retired payer, an error message indicating that the service is no longer available for that payer will be displayed.
Etactics is working with Change Healthcare and an additional vendor to route dental transactions. Whichever company can complete our implementation more quickly will receive the dental transactions.
If you are not receiving any ERAs for a payer that was affected by the Change Healthcare outage, please complete a new enrollment form for the affected payer. Click the link for a tour of the Enrollment Dashboard.

For convenience, all retired claims payers are listed below. Thankfully none of the payers listed are large volume payers, but any claims you do need to process will need to be dropped to paper.
