BI: Dashboard Controls

Controls determine the data that is represented on a Dashboard or Visual. All account types can use Controls to adjust the visible data.

  • Controls in the BI Tool function the same as reporting Filters in the PM System.
  • Controls are found in the Controls header.

Controls

  • Controls affect all visuals on the Dashboard.
  • Date Filter that is applied to a single Visual overrides the Date Control in the Controls header.
  • Filters applied on a single visual only impact that visual.
  • Each Dashboard has a separate set of Controls based on the presented data.
