A/R Dashboard Overview

The System Delivered A/R Dashboard visualizes data points from an A/R Analysis and A/R Management reports in the PM System. This Dashboard presents 5 Visuals:

  1. A/R Aging by Group
  2. A/R by Date
  3. Financial Metrics
  4. Days in A/R    
  5. Write-Offs by Code

Use the Controls header to modify the display criteria on the A/R Dashboard.

  • The Controls header also adjusts the A/R Days Look Back Months and the Weekly Billing Days.

A/R Dashboard Visuals

A/R Aging by Group

  • Shows the Aging Balance broken into buckets.
  • Filter to include or exclude Encounters with a Negative A/R by using the dropdown menu in the top left corner of the visual.
  • Hover over a bucket to view a breakdown of the data.

A/R by Post Date

  • Calculates A/R over time based on the Post Date.

Financial Metrics

  • Trends the selected Financial Metric over time.
  • Metrics can be selected from the dropdown menu in the top left corner of the Visual:
  • Adjustments
  • Charges
  • Payments
  • Refunds
  • Transfers
  • Write-Offs

Days in A/R

  • Reports the Days in A/R by Group.

Write-Offs by Code

  • Trends the Write-Off amounts in dollars and breaks it down by Write-Off Code.
