Attach a Statement Profile to a Patient
Manually add or modify the Statement Profile on one Encounter
- Select the Edit link in the Demographics panel.
- In the Additional Info panel on the Modify Patient screen, select the Statement Profile from the Statement dropdown.
- Select the Modify button.
- In the Claim panel, select the Statement Profile from the Statement dropdown.
- This overrides the Patient Demographics Statement Profile setting.
Modify the Statement Profile for Multiple Encounters in One Step
- In the Balance panel, choose Change Statement Profile from the Select Action dropdown.
- Select the checkboxes on the Encounters to change.
- Select the Apply button.
