Appointment Reminder Voice Templates
- Scheduling > Patient Outreach
- Select the Appointment Reminders or Recalls tab.
- Select Message Templates.
- Select Add.
- To edit an existing template, select the Modify icon.
- Enter a description.
- In the Type dropdown, select Text, Email, or Voice.
- Select the Active checkbox.
Voice Reminders
Voice Confirmation and Cancellation is only available for Appointment Reminders, not Recalls.
- Copy: If a Voice template has already been created, select the template from the Copy dropdown (optional).
- Text Editor: Use the Mappable Fields to build your message.
- Select the Language and Voice.
- Complete the Voice Options.
- Note: Recalls do not support Voice Confirmation.
- Repeat Message: Allows the Patient to listen to the message again.
- Forward Call to Office: Allows the Patient to contact the office.
- Cancel Appointment: Changes the Appointment Status from Scheduled to Canceled.
- Note: Recalls do not support Voice Cancellation.
- Enter a phone number to test the message (optional).
- Select Save [F2].
