This report gives you Resource and Facility appointment information, such as:

• Appointment was Scheduled in advance or on the day of the appointment
  • Total of both
• Number of No Shows
• Number of Appointments Rescheduled
  • Number of Appointments Rescheduled on the day of the Appointment
• Number of Appointments Cancelled
  • Number of Appointments Cancelled on the day of the Appointment
• Number of Appointments Kept (Total - No Shows - Rescheduled - Cancelled = Kept)
  

Report Setup

• Choose the Date Span.
• Resource, Facility, and Type can be chosen, but can be left blank.
• Total Appointments: The total of all appointments for the selected statuses
• Missed Appointments: Select all that you consider as a missed Appointment, such as Cancelled, Rescheduled, etc. (These will be subtracted from the Total to derive the Total number of Kept Appointments.)
  
• Sort By Facility, Resource, Facility/Resource, or Resource/Facility.
  

Using the criteria above, the result is the report below:

4091 + 0 = 4091 - 250 - 431- 700 = 2710

The Appointment Count report out to Appointment List report if the same criteria is used.

1. Block appointments are not currently included on either the Appointment report nor on the calendar.
2. If there is any discrepancy between this report and the appointment count on the Calendar, check if no shows are chosen or not on both.
