Manually Add Eligibility Responses

There are times that a payer does not provide eligibility. The results obtained from a phone call or the Payer's web portal can be manually added.

 

  1. Select the Eligibility History link in the Active Policy panel on the Patient Dashboard.

  1. To manually add retrieved results, click Add.

  2. Select the Insurance from the dropdown.

  3. Select the Status from the dropdown.

  4. Enter a DOS if you are checking for a specific day. Otherwise, leave blank.

  5. Add a Note if applicable.

  6. Click Save [F2].
