Add a Patient-Facing Adjustment Description to a Statement
If the Adjustment/Transaction Code does not exist, you will need to add it first: Add a Transaction Code.
If the Statement Description field is blank, the Description of the Code will default on the Statement.

Add a Patient-Facing Description
From Libraries on the Left Side Menu, select the Transaction Codes button.

Select the Code you want to modify.
In the Statement Description field, enter the Description that you want Patients to see.
Select Save [F2].
