Statement Notes
A new Statement Proof and Approval is not required to print Statement Notes on paper Statements through Output Solutions.
You can print a Statement Note on paper Statements sent through Output Solutions. When a Statement is generated, the most recent Billing Note with Print on Statement selected is added to the Statement.
A Statement Note added to an Encounter will no longer print on Statements once the Encounter balance is $0.00.
Statement Notes added to a Patient will continue to print as long as the Patient has an Encounter on the Statement.
To activate Statement Notes, set the Statements System Setting STMTNOTES to Yes.
