Add a Customized Note to a Patient or Encounter that Prints on a Statement

You can send one, unique Custom Note on a per Patient basis when sending Electronic Statements through Output Solutions.  If you add a Statement Note to an Encounter, once it is paid in full, the Note will no longer print on a Statement.
