Statement Notes

You can add one Statement Note (on a per Patient basis) when sending Electronic Statements through Output Solutions.

  • If you add a Statement Note to an Encounter, once it is paid in full, the Note will no longer print on a Statement.
  • To activate Statement Notes, set the Statements System Setting STMTNOTES to Yes.
