Add a Case to an Appointment

You may have a workflow that requires the Scheduler or Front Desk user to add a Case.


Example of a Workers Comp Case added to an Appointment

  1. Using the Case Dropdown on the Add/Modify Appointment screen, select Add New.

  2. Type:  Choose Workers Comp (WC).

  3. Description: Use a naming convention, such as Workers Comp Pending Claim.

  4. Insurance Profile:  Attach the Workers Comp Insurance Profile if known at the time of the appointment.

  5. Accident button: If the information is available at the time of the appointment, add the following information:

    1. (a) Accident Date

    2. (b) Related Cause

    3. (c) The second Related Cause can be left as none if not applicable. (Use if the accident involved a vehicle accident while on the job.)

    4. (d)Enter the State.

    5. (e) Select Save [F2].
